SHIPPING & HANDLING

On occasion, Vibe Dealerz LLC offers free shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to the Vibe Dealerz email list. We currently ship to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$6.95 flat fee for express domestic, all states within the USA (free shipping standard shipping until 12/31/2018)

$14.95 flat fee for all international countries we ship to worldwide.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.



REFUND INFORMATION

We accept returns within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, it will no longer be eligible for refund. We can only offer you refunds or replacements at no additional cost if it falls under these following criteria:

Items are defective – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Wrong item received – size, style, color.
Lost package by shipping company.
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get the right fit. Therefore, we are not held responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL if items do not fit.

Note: Vibe Dealerz LLC will not be held liable to any lost packages if customer provides the wrong address. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail and/or other mishaps from happening.
